Will take time for team to gel. Real Madrid organization just doesn't give its team a chance to stabilize with the constant manager changes. Its like they believe they can win NOW with a quick fix.

RM will be sensible about this. Unless Mourinho has an affair with the Presidents wife, I cant see him being sacked. If they sack the best coach in world football, which coach would feel confident going there? Besides, they know that one of the key ethos of Mourinho's approach is to leave a legacy so they will persevere even if this season does not go well
