Perez gets viewed as some kind of god but I think he's made a pretty piss poor job of authorising their squad planning last few seasons despite winning the Champions League which is usually the argument to gloss over anything.

They got used to getting away with not having to replace players properly. Seems like their strategy is to rely on buying youngsters or getting freebies. Perhaps the finances aren't there after building the billion euro sardine can but they've kind of got their Zidanes and Pavones era again.
They still do well sporting wise though. And they still attract the best players in the world, when they want.

Laporta did well to steady the ship financially, but if it wasn't for that Liga win, his third term would be a disaster sporting wise.

How much they pay the ref please ? Is it the same money on copa and liga ?

Thank you for your answer.

No, we are the ones paying apparently.
Just don't look at reality and don't count the stats.
Almost every metric is skewed in their favor but that's also a freak coincidence.

Disgusting club.

More beautiful stats. On top of most penalties awared and not single one against. On top of least fouls whistled against, least cards.. Here is more.. But surely, also just a one in a million coincidence

I blame the white shirts. Refs probably got blinded and just allowed plays.

This is so inherently grotesquely hilarious, that its no surprise that Estruch liked it.

Rudiger muscle injury ahead of key league and CL games in February.

Looks like Real will have to play Tchoua and academy kid Asencio as the CB pairing in these games.

Has to be said I believe Asencio won't disappoint them. Despite looking like an absolute scum of a human being he probably is, he's a proper defender.

As for Tchoua well he might get rolled over. His El Clasico game was a disaster.

There is Alaba too but guy is back from a long injury and not even before it was he that good. Even he seems pretty unreliable.

Real Madrid has formally submitted a complaint to the president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), Rafael Louzán, and the Higher Sports Council (CSD) over what it considers a "scandalous refereeing and VAR performance" during its LaLiga match against Espanyol.

Look who's complaining :gathering:

I mean I understand it looks immensely pathetic from the outside but this is their way of putting pressure on referees and turning them on their side. Their club is also so big that shit like this doesn't even ruin their image, everybody thinks Madrid is right.

That's why I wonder we never do shit like this, even when we get robbed which lately happens almost every match. We shouldn't bow to their level of desperation, but we should definitely complain like this sometimes too not just shut up when we lose because of braindead decisions (it happened countless times this season, one of the reasons we're not at the top).
