The market for top class strikers is really bad. Lukaku is proven in the Premier League.

Would've still been Man Utd's striker if he wasn't misused by Mourinho towards the end and Solskj?r didn't act like he knew what he was doing.

For a team like Chelsea(bankrolled by a billionaire) that need a striker like him, in a market for strikers that's really poor where there's barely any alternatives it's not a bad deal for them.

United sold him because he wasn't good enough. That might not be true any more, but he is not "proven" at the highest level in the Premier League. He was always devastating against the bulk of the league, but against the big teams? Not so much.

Might be seen as bit of a gamble by Lukaku, he was doing very well in Serie A, but with Inter not looking to great anymore, perhaps its a good for him to get out of there too, and besides, PL is higher profile and he has done well in that league before.
