Not even sure he did it or the players just moved into those positions.

Well maybe he doesnt tell them to play a pivot as much as do either and plyers just do it.

I doubt very much Pedri was allowed to go on and just play how he wanted and continue to do so without anyone being able to stop him.

If you're going to keep playing the 4231, please please play the following lineup

MATS---Dest, Mingueza, Araujo, Alba---Pedri, DJ---Messi, Griezmann, Puig---Braithwaite

El Gato

Villarato!

Why would you play that line of 3 behind Braithwaite? Doesn't look too appealing. Just play Coutinho at LCAM and put in someone at CM/CAM who won't get in the way of the two players cutting in as much - Puig or Pjanić.

Bad spells: Valencia, Everton
Good spells: Feyenoord, PSV, Southampton and Dutch NT

Hmmm, seems you?re a bit biased.

He's been a mixed bag in my opinion, some good, some okay, some poor.

Bad Spells: Valencia, Everton, Az Alkmaar, Benfica

Average spells: Southampton first season, Vitesse

Good spells: PSV, Ajax, Netherlands NT, Feyenoord, Southampton second season(minus the 6 losses in 7 games streak)

If Valverde said this mental breakdown from forum amigos would be in full force

Koeman: "We wanted to defend the lead so we decided to put Umtiti on. Sometimes you have to make such decisions."
