Ronald Koeman

People who wants Barca to sack Koeman, who do you prefer instead?

Anyone from the street will do at this point as long as Fraudman is gone. But seriously, if Xavi doesn't take it, Pimienta needs to get his chance, the man deserves it! He's been with the B team long enough, and actually plays enjoyable football and seems to know his players, and not having personal agendas, unlike Cowman. I wouldn't mind Xavi coming on as Pimienta's assistant, or even the B team coach for a couple of seasons, before joining/replacing Pimienta in the first team. We'd basically have a new Pep and Tito situation, I truly believe that. If Xavi does come, I honestly wouldn't mind Messi moving on, because when Xavi takes the reigns, the likes of Pique, Alba, Busquets (and possibly Messi) need to be GONE. That's why if Messi stays, which is likely, I'd rather see Pimienta get the job until Messi retires, which will be in a season or two anyway. Might be right after the World Cup actually. Like Iniesta signed that lifetime contract, and left the following season, I could see Messi doing the same. And like I said, I would actually like Pimienta to get a shot too, because he deserves it.

Imo it is his job to change the mentality of the team or at least improve it.

Sure.
Apparently, it's more difficult than we think it is.
and if you want my opinion it will NEVER happen with complacent players such as Pique being leaders of this team, and with weak-mentally Messi being a leader of this team.

We should find new mentally strong leaders
It is what it is.

how can you play so many games for barca, watch so many barca games, train them day in and out and still dont know, that BARCA IS NOT A TEAM THAT FUCKING DEFEND A LEAD BY STAYING DEEP!!!! Its a team that defend with their attack. Fucking Coward. Dont let him in barcas dressing room

For me, the good that we played this season is down mostly to having some talented youngsters with more energy, and phasing out some veterans. We really need to add someone who can elevate this team tactically and in terms of man management.

Yep.
The positive thing is, the squad is great and it might show next year if the right players stay

Once again did his changes look to make things harder for the team. I've defended Roberto, and he played much better than some here have it, but he shouldn't be a CB from the bench for the first time in this game.

Well yeah, but play less of those players. Can’t bring Roberto on and expect it to turn out well. After Araujo came off should have gone 4-3-3.

Another coach eaten alive by the amigos... His demise was giving them reins again...

Don't think so. I think he's just not a very good manager. Don't think he was intimidated by them, but that his football mind as a manager is simply not capable enough.

He was more adventurous and willing to adapt earlier in the season. Once we entered the title race however it seems like the pressure paralyzed him and he responded by playing the same players and system repeatedly regardless of results. The same phenomenon can be found in big matches.

That being said he should be allowed to finish his contract unless a clear upgrade can be found.

Said that time and time again.
The fact that Pique, Roberto, Busi, Messi, Alba either play all the time or keep appearing in important games or stretches of the season says something about the Amigo power.

I think it's beyond Koeman's control. He is helpless, and plays them even against his will.
Laporta had a fucking lunch with them to discuss the future of the club.
This is sickening, and is NOT on Koeman

This squad isn't anything close to being great tbh. There's too many players in this team that are not good enough. Players like Pique, Busi, Roberto, Lenglet, Umtiti etc should not even be starters in this team. There are some promising young players but some are a bit green. This team needs major work in the summer in order to become great again.

Koeman is not a man that will let any player intimidate him. Just goes against his nature. He's sadly just not a very good manager even if he has a strong personality.

He did alright till the moment he started with his experiments and that at the most important games. Trusting into a too raw kid and in a guy like roberto who is one of the biggest frauds in barca history didnt do him a favour. If they fire him i wouldnt mind. A coach who is trusting into a player like roberto is always worrisome.

This is what it boils down to. Have to get rid of all of them. Their cycle is over. It clearly ended after the Liverpool loss.

It’s going to take a couple more years to get rid of them all though.
