He is taking over in very difficult circumstances. Bad squad, low budget for next season, high expectations and post Messi era. For an inexperienced manager it doesn't sound like it will go right

Impossible to know and is a gamble but Xavi in gives the whole place a lift and feels like heading in right direction.
Not sure how can claim so surely Xavi will fill though.

Or he is given time. Comes into squad with young players that will only improve.
The Barca squad when all fit should be top four and doing better.
Regardless those circumstances are the same for all coaches coming in bar maybe experience.
