lol, koeman didnt 'win' anything. if anything we won that copa despite him. koeman had club legend status, much more time, much more money, the full backing of the club

and failed abysmally

setien didnt get shit. he failed too, but unlike koeman he didnt fall from grace. in the broader scheme of things koeman was worse

Typical fan. Win = player's credit. Fail = coach's fault.

Explain to me how Koeman has much more money lol.

Setien only gets 2-8

What s terrible even more than results is an astounding lack of vision and direction.. We were literally, not figuratively, going nowhere.. No direction whatsoever.

I loved Koeman as a player. One of my all favourite Barcelona AND football players... Idol in my childhood.

But as a Coach. Omg. He is soooo bad. Sooo soooo bad.
Yes, there is no money. Yes, he has a shitty squad. Yes, he came when no one wanted.

But man. He was worse than a Titanic captain. Stubborn to the end.

What is "interesting" is that "his" player, Dest, made his final sentence with missing two sitters. 1:0 vs Real and 1:0 vs Rayo and the picture would look much better. But, at the end, he had it coming, he was a sitting duck.

If you look at the players who have thanked Koeman officially, the youngsters are overwhelmingly represented. That is where Koeman excelled: he gave young players the opportunity to prove themselves at one of the largest clubs in the world. Careers were launched at their respective national teams in at least three cases: Dest, Pedri, and Gavi.

The introduction of so many youngsters happened because of the chaos at the club - Barca had no cash, spent a fortune on Pjanic who ended warming the bench all season, no president until March, sinking in every department and injuries accelarated the de-aging process at the club. Players like Pedri and Ilaix were no worse than Pjanic.

I don?t disagree with you, but there are managers who wouldn?t have given Gavi, Dest or Pedri the chance at all. Mourinho being a good example.
This was one of the positives of Koeman. The next manager will undoubtedly benefit from this

Butchered us like he did in Valencia.

His level was obvious.

Only dreamers & Youtube highlights experts, were thinking otherwise.
