Losing 1-3 in front of our own fans to our biggest rivals is unacceptable. He should be fired. I am sorry but the man isn't good. He can go back to being an assistant or analysing games.
Trying the same line-up over and over again is just stupid.

Wasn't he a scout before this season? Maybe he should go back to that role, and we should get a decent assistant coach.

Roura got Owned by Mourinho off and on the pitch.

I think Pep clearly saw that we are declining after all the glory in the past, Tito managed to turn it around for half a season = 16 points lead in La Liga but with Roura, the process is speeding up.

And I cant find any logical reason for our players to admit we had a good game really lol. Busquet might be on crack or sth

I'm convinced that the team will eventually climb out of this dip in form too.
Unfortunately I don't think that is going to happen before or in the game against Milan.

I can see an in form Barca winning the tie against Milan, especially with a few changes. Not having a coach on the bench is gonna hurt big time though.
Question is, will Barca be back in form by the second leg? I hope so. I also hope Tito's able to do enough with however it is he's communicating with the coaching staff.

This 'dip in form' isn't hard to understand nor is it hard to solve.
First and foremost, the return of a healthy tito is a crucial part of the solution.

A plan B.

In important matches, europe, classicos, cup semis/finals extra..., perhaps a new strategy should be adopted, nothing too extreme. few ideas,
- return inesta to midfield
- so cesc, xavi, busquets shouldn't start together(in midfield) in these matches, assuming they are all fit.
- front three of messi, pedro, villa/tello/alexis - try to be more direct, without compromising too much on possession.
- commitment to 90mins of high pressing, *reason for not playing cesc, xavi, sergio together in middle.

Defensively, a solution needs to be found for the lack of pace of puyol and pique. Someone to fill the Abidal Role. For these games, one of the fullbacks has to play more conservative, sergio also has to play a more defensive role, with iniesta, xavi/cesc/thiago in the middle supporting the the front three. In these games the spain model should be looked at, a bit more conservative/balanced approach.

for the future it is clear the club has to reinforce few positions this summer.

Honestly, I don't think Roura is the one to revive this team.

The situation we find ourselves in is self inflicted. . . We have become so reliant on Messi, that we isolate him on the pitch nowadays. . . . . Playing 4 midfielders behind Messi, will only result in leaving the opposition just one man to close down (Messi) which has automatically resulted in the recent goal drought we are experiencing. Cesc really doesn't help matters at all and should never play (along side) when Xavi,Iniesta and Busquets are being used. We won did the treble with MVP. . . . Why fix something that isn't broken? Especially when the replacement is less effective.

Man some of you really need to get a grip and get some perspective. Yes we have some serious problems, but the answer is not to fire people left and right and ridiculous speculations that Pep thought "ohh this team is a sinking ship I better get out of here!".

I hope Tito/Jordi have learned their lesson now and will try Messi on the wing and begin to start Villa in big matches.

+1 Although I don't see why it's necessary to move Messi to the wing as long as we attack with a purpose. Putting Villa and Tello (maybe Pedro) on the wings seriously could work although there is one change they have to make to the system. We need the wingers to seriously attack and try to get in goalscoring positions rather than play passively and without a purpose. The team needs to remember that it's a 3 man attack not a 1 man attack with 2 supporting guys who just stand there. Plus if the wingers really try to put themselves in scoring positions and bring real trouble for the opposition, the defenders will naturally be drawn towards them to be safe rather than just crowd out Messi.
