Does he also explain where the 120m€ needed to buy them will come from? I'd be disappointed in Sandro if he gave in to predictable promises of transfers, frankly I'd start looking at other candidates very seriously.

I think Rosell is more astute businessman than Laporta. The latter spent close to 100 last summer while only selling Eto and Eidur (peanuts). This summer we could leverage Caceres, Hleb, Henrique, Keirrison, Marquez and Henry.
Nothing official yet though so it´s all speculation.

Yes, which is more than raised last summer. And we don't know what will become with few other players: Toure or Milito. Although Rooney is just a rumour, I'm predicting that the current board and Rosell will try securing Cesc's signature at all costs.
