Maybe all those performance based bonuses we promise players to get "better" deals on signing them are coming back to haunt us. Winning 6 trophies in a year could mean a shitload of extra money owed to players. Maybe we need to take it easy with the victories. They may be costing us big time. Although I am a fan of Sandro, you have to say that it is starting to look like Laporta has come off better over the transition, considering that he bought Villa as well. Sandro still hasn't bought in the traditional marquee signing that new presidents do, which may be a good thing IF you believe all the stories over our finances.
