Sandro Rosell

Although I am a fan of Sandro, you have to say that it is starting to look like Laporta has come off better over the transition, considering that he bought Villa as well. Sandro still hasn't bought in the traditional marquee signing that new presidents do, which may be a good thing IF you believe all the stories over our finances.

Im hoping that with the Cesc saga over, we will see another addition or two in coming weeks.

So promising to bring Cesc back this summer was his key argument for the election ... if he continues to massively fail like he just did, our club will prolly be a complete mess soon ... maybe he better just gets the fuck out of his office already ...

It's not the only thing he failed at, his board + he failed to impress in Korea. :/ If he does continue the epic fail trend, we better not see him on the board for 6 years.

Rosell tenure is already off to a smashing start...More than the Cesc failure, I'm a bit concerned with where Pep's head is at...Things I read from him leave me the impression he is less than impressed with Sandy as well

It absolutely wasn't, but I'm sure the truth won't distract you from a perfectly good Laportista wet dream.

He's president for the next 6 years, deal with it and support the club, not the last president.

Reminds me of that winning mantra in the US when Bush was President, you're either with us or against us

I'll give Rosell his due when he's shown he can lead this club or at the very least not screw up everything that has been recently built up...In fairness to him, the only way was likely down but so far, not so good for him

Last thing anyone wants to see is a return to the old ways of how poorly things were run here and to be criticized for wanting to avoid that by other Barca fans is a reflection of someone who refuses to see the forest through the trees

I can safely predict now that you won't ever give Rosell his dues, you will be sitting there giving Laporta all the credit for any success that befalls the club during Rosell's tenure. I criticise you and people of the same ilk because you have zero objectivity and your minds have been made up since before Rosell even took office. You especially are like a one track record and it's depressing to see people with such small minds attach themselves to the club. When antirosellistes start building a case against him that's actually based on facts, not their own deluded interpretation of events, then I may listen to what they have to say.

You'll quickly see how myopic that stance of yours is...Made all the more sad when it has long been clear you will never be critical of Rosell

That was ^^^ Laporta bible through out his time in Barca ..

Awesome start and continuity of Laporta regime, pissed off Gunners as much as Laporta did , your players looked like scumbags , pissed off Korea big time and lost a big market margin (best time for us to visit Korea now ) , spend most of your summer chasing a mirage .
reminds me a lot of Calderon last year

Truly it was ! No framework was done , don`t know if Club was too much concentrated about Cesc saga or something more sillier than that.

Yeah I've just been reading it actually, certainly not good PR for the club but the tour was organised before the elections even took place by the previous regime. If decisions were taken by the new board that affected what happened then they deserve to be roundly criticised but certainly most of it was all put in place several months ago (as these things usually are).

The tour was executed by new Board . Must understand the point . Planning before execution . I don`t understand Rosell clearly , man is passionate about BARCA, gives clear picture that he wants to do good, but then no pre-panning . Is it too early to think about it ? How is he going to project Barcelona as an institution is the bigger question .

May be too early , but not a good start.
