I agree that his proposed plan to limit the new memberships is less than ideal.
But I have to agree that in order to strengthen the democratic power of the members, some sort of limit has to be put in place.
Better to have a strong united group than a thin spread disjointed one, that keeps growing unhindered.

The solution is to provide an alternative to full membership such as the Gent del Barça scheme, not to shut the doors to new socis altogether. An associate membership scheme of sorts which provides advantages to those who wish to connect themselves to the club without obligating them to pay the full whack to become a soci would be ideal for the majority of foreign culés who travel over to the odd game but aren't all that interested in getting involved with the political and beaureaucratic side of the club.

I agree an arrangement like that would be beneficial for the club and for the foreign members.

I'm not yet fully acquaintance with the exact plan rosell wants to put in place.
If im not mistaken until now, all we have heard from him on this subject are a few quotes, i still haven't heard inglas proposals

one for non catalan and one for catalan...

thats what i read before as well.
but recently koemans name came up.
boy, that guy is a poor coach.
