How is it that nobody is saying Carvajal when there is talk about best RB's in the world?

Because he's not. Alves, Lahm, Juanfran and Lichtsteiner are better than him. He's top 10, but people rarely talk about top 10 when they talk about the best. Basically, it's Alves, Lahm and the rest.
