Isn't Cavani still miffed at being pushed wide by the Zlatman? In that case, wouldn't it be wiser to offload him and at the same time, get someone as bloody good as Di Maria? Or would it prove too much of a tactical hassel to lose a striker and get (yet) another AM/winger?

Ibra is 32 and in 2-3 months he will turn 33. I don't expect him to be a starter for long. But then again Cavani is not that young either. My guess is that Ibra has 2 more seasons(at top level) in him and if Sweden makes it to Euro 2016, he'll maybe retire after that. Or maybe go to MLS. But who knows....

Ibra isn't showing many signs of declining, despite his age, and I can't see why he wouldn't keep beasting at least this season out.
