Missed pretty much the entire post-corona games last season. And this season he played 30 minutes more than Puig. But don't worry lads , prime Aguero just around the corner , just needs to get fit and adapt. The football world won't know what hit them when 36 year old Aguero and 38 year old Messi are on the pitch.

It's a risk for sure, but calculated.

But we can see even In a younger player like Moussa Dembele how badly an injury can make a good player turn poor for a season to season and a half. Let alone someone at Aguero age.

It's a pretty small risk. One of the most proven goal scorers in premier league. No transfer fee. Messis bud.

Not sure if we can find better value for money from the market, especially for the price.

I don't think the question is quality. He will be good enough for LaLiga, no question. But vs top teams in CL? Doubt it. Similar to Suarez imo.

He will have good first 6 months, bot fans will start loving him, then he willgo into retirement mode, slowly decline, cost us points and will push further away the transitioning.

mats, Alba, Pique, Umtiti, Roberto, Busquets, Aguero, Messi starting in 2022 will be EV amigo squad all over again type of shit

Who cares? It's not like these old players are preventing the club from getting a viable, strong young squad. We're broke. The only thing we can afford are declining superstars and mediocre/shit young players. So who gives a shit? Whatever "young transition" we'll get will just be as bad as an amigo club.

Just like the young players then!? Pedri, Dest, Trincao this season... Ilaix and Mingueza soon...
