Guardiola was a slow player too. It is not a requirement at CM. Busquets is an excellent player experiencing a slight dip in form. Where slowness is terminal is where Arda pretends he plays..

Being isolated has nothing to do with both passing to no one or the other team repeatedly. He's been just bad, despite Lucho's tactics or lack thereof.
