To say he was immense today is an understatement .. He's to us what a pacemaker to a cardiac patients .. When he's really in it, he can have 3 players hovering around him and he will still, not only find a way out, but do it with grace and efficiency. The best defensive midiflelder in modern football and a real joy to Watch. He was crucial today because we played so high up the pitch we really couldn't afford any misstep.
