Puyol should retire and Spain should search for a new RB(Montoya and Carvajal from Castillia are the best options I think..too bad that Mourinho doesn't give the boy a chance with the first team). Pique-Ramos partnership is just too good and they haven't even played together more than 10 games probably.

Why should Puyol retire,is it because he is too old or not good enough or Spain have better players than him,I see no reason why he should retire and I believe he can be an important player in the WC 2014.

Ramos has improved considerably this season but let's not forget that for years he was pretty weak defensively. I'm not going to start calling someone world class after one season.
