He's out because Pep overplayed him. Pep is the anti-Benitez, he will never rotate until the player is injured.

He didn't have players to rotate this season!! Of course he could have used Yaya more in Keita's position if not at DM, but Keita was in red hot form and the only MF who has been scoring for us this season! Xavi has one goal to his credit but that was in Super Copa & none after that!! If you want find the fault with some one then it's Txiki that you have to look up to, bloody impotent Basque he is!!

He played him in the cup against Cultura in the previous round, he started, didn't get subbed, which was absolutely unnecessary. Pep should vary his midfield, playing Yaya more in DM with Sergi in mid and Xavi. Also Ini-Yaya-Xavi. But instead he starts Keita every match. I don't object to him playing in the league and CL in most matches (shouldn't have played against Mallorca imo) because he is indeed in good form but he plays him too much.
It's not Txiki's fault this time, Pep has more than enough defensive midfield players, and box-to-box midfielders, he just chooses not to use them efficiently and to be overdependent on Keita. Which would be ok but it leads inevitably to injuries.

We might have to play 2 more matches in January than we are scheduled to by this very minute... IF we win against Sevilla in the cup, the quarter finals it seems would be during January itself when these Africans are still away!! That would be 9 matches in a month!! 1 every 3 days for another month this season having already played 2 months at that pace!? WTF!?
