He doesnt suit it and cant fight the instinct to get forward and try some Roy of the Rovers efforts from 20/30 yds.

For me a total liability defensively at DM even though his long passing from there can be brilliant.

Those were examples.

Liverpool were poor defensively and games like that cost them the league.

Gerrard didnt offer good protection in my opinion.
