To further clarify your stance, what is the part you don't agree with regarding IBA decision to disqualify the athlete?

Do you think the lab tests where she had been found with male-chromosome cells in the body was fake? Or that the result should not matter, and persons who identify as women should participate in women sports even if they genetically are males?

I don't put much faith in IOC rules, because they said they establish gender based on what's written in the passport. Not any actual tests. The only tests were done by IBA.

So it's a lot of political talk, with little actual substantiation from the IOC and the athletes part. Did they challenged IBA decision and lab results in court? Did they go to CAS?

So many valid questions have to be answered and they are doing none of that, but spouting non-stop leftist political bla-blas about how she identifies herself.

By all means carry out proper testing and use this incident to clear up the inconsistencies afterwards. But for now this is a very clear orchestrated move backed by the IBA based on this history with the IOC and being publicly shamed and removed by them for the last two Olympics.

The fact that this Italian created this charade, was immediately backed by their PM and then paid in full by the IBA says it all. And that's just what we see in the front.

None of that is relevant if the blood work comes back with male genome results.

How do you know she was born woman btw? You state this with the assurance of a fact, but there is nothing to back it up.

You could do tests of course, but probably not gonna help the cause, since the athlete failed them last year and was disqualified on that basis.

Algeria is not sending a transgender
Her childhood is documented as being girl.
I think her father also presented her birth certificate.

Have you seen his face? It's a male face. If you saw it for the first time and didn't know who it is, you'd 100% identified it as male. Lipstick and eyeliner doesn't change that. Even the most ugly butch women can be easily detected as women. This guys is male and it even has bulge between his legs. Genitals is all there needs to be to detect ones sex in the first place. Don't get why that isn't the benchmark.
