At this rate he'll be the first sub whenever the team need a goal or spark off the bench.
Amazing confidence on the kid, but not to forget this is hybrid-U23 tournament after all. I don't know really whom to compare him with from the past. Paul Scholes comes to mind at first.

Scholes was absolutely brilliant technically in way Fermin is not.

Constant presence on the ball and dictating.

Fermin here has two goals and not sure if he has touched it much more than that.

Already said that, you're 1 week late, 🙄🙄🙄

But even saying that is a bit much TBH, he's a poverty stricken man's Morata.

Still waiting for the day we'll produce a viable #9 for the first team.

We'll have to see how well he does now his name is on the radar. It's different playing as a breakout player to playing with a reputation and opponents preparing for your game.

The question is will his box crashing just be a gimmick or will his one trick always work.

More chance of it now than 10/20 years ago probably.

The changes that were made to focus more on the physicality of players in La Masia than past should help and already seeing results in players coming through.

They were absolutely lambasted for those changes at time by folk that saw themselves as purists but knew what were doing.
