That's not how things work in real life. The arguments you give are real, but you overestimate their importance by a huge margin. When players look at Barcelona, they don't see Bartomeu, veterans and so on. They see huge club, Camp Nou, money, trophies, playing in the same team with one of the greatest players ever, playing in one of the best leagues in the world, playing for the club many of their idols played for and so on.

Let's assume a Brazilian young player has the shot to come to Barcelona. Do you think he'd pass the chance to play for the club where Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Romario, Rivaldo played just because the board is not the greatest at the moment?

If Partey's smart there's no reason for him to join you. The sole fact you're not really involved in the talks despite low (reportedly) release clause would show him and his agents how much Barcelona rate and respect him.

No reason, other than winning many more titles, playing in a greater club, on a bigger stadium, with greater players and pretty much every other reason. With bigger clubs, comes more pressure and more problems.
