He's so clutch. Wow.
Why are you laughing so much?
Federer has a good amount of slams before the other 2 started shining.
Nadal has most of his slams on one surface.
That's what the game is.
It helps though when you're chasing a record down and know how many you need....
There are 2 HC slams compared to 1 CC slam so you have to factor that into your calculations and inferences. Having 50 percent HC slams is a good division because that's 2 out of the 4 slams.Nadal played both prime Federer and prime Djokovic for all of his career though, so that compensates for the 63% slams being clay. Actually, Djokovic is 59% HC slams and Federer is 55% HC slams.
Federer got a good amount before Nadal hit his prime, but it was like 6-7 (till 2006), not like full on running rough shot on weak players. He also had the misfortune of dealing with prime Djokovic after dealing with prime Nadal.
Djoko seems to have gotten the easy end of the stick between the 3 TBH (a large part due to his own longevity and mental fortitude). All I'm saying is that it's disgustingly easy these days for him.
He looked like a bottler early on because he was facing prime Nadal and Federer. Of course, he raised his game immensely but it's a little bit harder to stroll slams against 2 of the other Big 3 than these wastemen like Ruud.Djokovic looked like a bottler early on. The irrational hatred from the crowds really changed him completely.
Djokovic's one weakness is that his net game is atrocious for his standards. Needs to watch some Sampras and Johnny Mac videos.
