Laporta is every bit as implicated if club found guilty. His legacy is in tatters like the rest of them.
There is no 'trial' and the club as a whole is on 'trial' anyway if that is stance taken due to all the boards involved.

You dont have a clue...no one is saying 'poor' anyone.
If Barca are guilty the club are fucked due to successive presidents and all would have reputation in tatters.
The President in charge of when club have been caught would be Laporta if want to go down that route.

Don't have a clue about the discussion as usual. The talk is about Laporta doing this stuff in silence as smart politicians do. While Rosell and Bartomeu are in trial for it.
Of course morally they are all to blame. Most politicans have their hands in all sort of jars when it comes to influencing stuff behind the curtains. That's a big part of what politics actually is.

Laporta is done if Barca found guilty and has played his part in the disgracing of the club.
This also came to light on his watch and would be at the helm when Barca found guilty.
The fact legally cant go back far enough to prosecute him as an individual changes next to nothing on his part in it.

Changes quite a lot. He can't be punished for it, even if he did it, whatever "it" is.
Unless you refer to morality, here no question he is to blame too.

Depends, some cases get decided by technicalities. One thing to be convicted because you got caught paying a ref and another to be convicted on some technicality.
I'm still waiting to see some solid evidence. Actual links to refs besides rumors and conjectures.

No they wont get found guilty on a technicality.. could win on one if not a public official etc but almost impossible to be found guilty on a technicality.
