Thiago Translantara

Must say the constant links with other clubs is pissing me off. A lot. Thiago is a bright young star. Letting him go would be completely stupid.

Thiago has so much to offer in a squad rotation sense next season. He will be as important as Keita in that regard. He will push on in the next few seasons to be a vital first etamer then.

Shouldn't forget that Iniesta, despite all his promise took a long team to make a first team spot his own. He flourished at DM with MVB and Defleco in 2005/6 (in Xavi's absence) but still didn't have that many games at CM. Had Deco not struggled for injuries then it could have taken him even longer to be a cert at CM.

rijaakard was better at bringing La Masia boys than guardiola, if pep will fuck up thiago (as he did with bojan) than I can say to whoever that rijaakard was better at this

Pep did bring in Pedro and Busquets tho. So can't say he has failed completely in it.

I'd rather see Thiago in Barça the following season, as we do need depth. Letting him go would be foolish of Pep, especially after his performances with the Spanish U-21 team.

However, I'd suggest you lot stop hitting the "panic" button and winding yourselves up on the thought of Thiago leaving.

this is ridicuolous

Man United made a 16.9M bid for midfielder Thiago. The English club won't agree to include a buy-back clause in the deal. [daily mirror]

If true, couldn't blame United...Who wants to get a rental world class player only to leave in a couple of seasons...If this is the strategy from the club, to sell with a buyback, then perhaps not such a bad idea

Circular comments are going in circles.

This thread is by far beginning to sound like the Cesc one.

The Catalan media always concentrates on Thiago's attitude... Always undermine his talent, adding an argument that his attitude doesn't fit with the dressing room... Always suggest he should be sold to gather money...

Doesn't really take a ricket scientist to see the intent behind their agenda. Ridiculous journalism

yes especially md, ran with stories about the kid for two weeks straight and now they are acting like they were in his corner all along

Thiago to me is like an unpolished ronaldinho with his dribbling and passing abilities. I believe he should be drafted in as a winger rather than a midfielder. This means that we do not need Alexis Sanchez anymore but a midfielder. Hope he really doesn't leave. Seeing his performance was like dinho in psg. Give him some time to improve and u will never know we have another world footballer of the year in the club again.
