Can we wait to say stuff like this until, or if he actually leaves? Because if not, it's really not that big of a deal to increase his wages, it's not like it wouldn't happen anyway.

Thiago should stay knowing he will take over from Xavi in 1/2 years and he will be bossing midfield for the following 8 years while also making many appearences for Spain. His target should be several cl's and euro 16 and wc 18, not 14 and big quick money.

You don't know on what he bases his decision. If it is the money, yes he is a hypocrite but I think he decides on sporting reasons. The point that he will replace Xavi next year is right but IMO Tito does not show any trust in Thiago. He plays against Zaragossa, scores a goal and sits on the bench for the rest of the season (and comes from the bench). To REPLACE SOMEONE LIKE XAVI you have to play big games, Champions League games etc. Because otherwise you get the role of the new boss in the midfield and you are so unexperienced that you can't reach the people's expectations.

Bayern showed us how important it is to rotate more. Every player was satisfied and they won't lose important players next season.
Further, the quality of Bayern's play was almost the same as with the starters.
Thiago is a diamond and he is one of the young players who deserve playing time more than others. I can understand him.

Actually, Bayern is not that good at rotating players. They are forcing Gomez and Tymoshenko out, Pizzaro and Shaqiri are not getting enough playing time. Can is getting a little impatient too.
