Both have a similar style, weak physically and with high work rate. He isn't a special talent, that's my opinion.

He can play LW, RW and CAM. He sure can't play RB though.
If we sign him Roberto would bench him at least in the first season.

There's also the part of Lemar being a significantly better player, but yeah, if you ignore that they're about the same tbh
So we're going to spend 100m euros on a player so he's benched by Roberto?

Since when is Bob a LW, RW or AM? Bob's role in the midfield is more of a box to box type CM anyway, which is actually hindered by Paulinho's arrival more than anything else. And if we get Lemar, he will likely replace Neymar and play LW which is his natural and best position. Imagine Lemar Suarez and Dembele and Messi...

He certainly looks very composed and clever. But, speaking of players he is supposed to replace here (Coutinho and Iniesta), he's not on that level of talent and skill. At the beginning of their careers, Coutinho and Iniesta perhaps weren't as consistent (although context has to be taken into consideration). Former was struggling with form, and latter still wasn't confident enough to impose himself on the pitch. But you could see why they are different class when they would occasionally simply glide past defenders. I don't see it with this player.
