They might not win it this season but they made so much money in the transfer market that they can buy a whole team next summer, besides they do have an eye for raw talents so they have much brighter future than Arsenal.

Indeed raw talents who leave once they can get a spot in an other big team. Monaco got alot of money early this summer and look at their signings. They are not looking to spend big money.
