Nah. They are not favorites. The city is one step ahead in PL, based on the history of the past few seasons. Chelsea still needs to prove themselves in the league by winning it. Then we could say they are on level with City.

United is a good challenger too, but they have the same questions as Chelsea, but their roster looks very good.

Liverpool could be OK too.

too, already saw at psg that he is class. I saw people giving him the fault for not winning the cl in 2020 while his players missed so many easy chances.
