heard he got subbed off at 34 mins cause he was feeling dizzy cause of the noise in the Besiktas stadium

You mean club wise? It doesn't seem to be a big issue. He was feeling unwell that evening, probably caused by an illness. I very much doubt that's a chronic issue, he never had such problems before.

He was sick. Also Besiktas' stadium is one of the loudest in the world, the atmosphere there is insane.

There probably is. Idk why. I personally have a great time with my colleagues and friends but I always felt like many people seem to take themselves way too serious.
