He said on TV that Silva should ask his president because Nasser doesn't want to negociate with them.

And since he doens't want to negociate, the only way is to force him by having silva clashing.

It's not nice to act clueless when all and every medias understood what rosell did mean that day.

Rosell expressed interest in Silva publicly and encouraged Silva to talk his club president into negotiating if he really wants to come to Barcelona. There's no crime in that and Rosell has every right to do so if he wishes, so cut your whining.

Also, it's not nice to give sarcastic replies when someone asks a genuine question.

Adriano and Alves publicly said he'd love to join Barça, Adriano said if it depended solely on Silva he'd already be here, stop being so arrogant and look at the mere facts. If he could join us he'd do it without blinking an eye, why should he stay at PSG when he can play for the best team in the world and actually have a shot at the CL.

Alves and Adriano say that, while Blanc says that silva said to him the complete opposite right about the same time.

All i know is what's official and not the rumors about what people said or not.

As for being arrogant or not, go say that to Rosell, not me.

The only arrogant club in this story is your club, but you seem too arrogant to admit it.

It might be normal in spain, it shocked everyone here in France. Even the french medias that hate PSG.

Now it's ok if you think it's normal, and I apologize if here in France we disliked rosell's behavior if it's reeally seen as normal there in spain.

Now if you ask french to respect how there in spain you handle things, I hope Rosell will start to respect how PSG and all the french medias and french football fans disliked what he did.

I dislike Rosell as much as the next guy, but I wouldn't crucify him over this. It sure as hell beats just showering potential players with cash and lucrative contracts in order to get them to sign for you.

Improvin' Perfection!!
FFS he said he'd love to join Barça and he's been a Barça fan all his life, he only started with that "dream team, everybody wants to play for them" BS after they told him they'd never let him go and after they gave him a pay rise. Adriano and Alves publicly said he'd love to join Barça, Adriano said if it depended solely on Silva he'd already be here, stop being so arrogant and look at the mere facts. coz he himself signed on a damn contract and he promised he'd abide by it and it says he should play for PSG for 4 more years... And neither was he forced to sign on it nor was he a kid who didn't know what he was doing!!

It doesn't matter whether the club is being run by an oil rich company or a God damn broke... A player gotta abide by his contract! Didn't he know they were so when he signed the contract!? Didn't he know he'd never get to play for his dream club if he signed for a cash-rich club when he was doing it!? The emotional statements are all bull shit for paparazzi... No player has the right to play a victim. None of them is a kid... Should start behaving like professionals that they are and we, the fans, should learn to control our tantrums

Because every "stars" the clubs like Madrid or Barcelona got came solely because of club's history and not because they paid loads of cash to the clubs and gave lucrative contracts...

When Madrid, Barcelona, MU were the richest clubs, I Wonder if their fans saw any problems when they were the only clubs to be able to pay loads of money for this and that.

Now that there are clubs that are more rich than the "historic clubcs", it's like said historic clubs feel threatened, as if they've all forgotten they did the same things for years to other clubs when they were the richest clubs.

That's true. Same thing with Modrić's saga before he went to Madrid last year. If you sign a contract, you shouldn't automatically expect to be able to leave anytime you want. Having said that, a player can put heavy pressure on a club and possibly convince them to let him go, but Thiago Silva doesn't seem to want out nearly as much.

The funny thing is that Silva never played the victim or made unprofessional statement. That's why it can't be compared to case like Modric, Ancelotti or Cesc (?) etc.

The ones that say that "silva is jailed at psg against his will" and other "rumors" like he supposedly confessed that he wants to leave PSG to every brazilian players on Earth are either paparazzi or barca fans.

Like i said above, Blanc said the opposite of alves and Adriano.

So Silva supposedly talked to both parties and said the complete opposite to each of them around the same time.

Outside of offical statements, there are only rumors.

I think Rosell said those words not meant to disrespect your club but explained the situation as he asked about it. Well, I know that not every place have the same way to judge something is rude or not (like in my country if you kiss someone in the street you will be crucify as pervert while on another country it's just normal), so maybe that Rosell's words sounds rude for the French people but not for some people outside French.

It concerns only the french football fans and medias because of history. Let me explain it a bit.

Let's talk about history like it was related by Fred Hermel, French Consultant from the french RMC's radio covering the Liga.

- Each times Madrid or Barcelone wanted a player or manager, they used said players/managers to force clubs to start to negociate when they didn't want to sell them or sometimes even before contacting the clubs. How to convince them to go for the clash? Money, prestige, presenting their clubs as historic and dream teams, spinning their heads etc.

- The most recent case is Ancelotti. Madrid asked ancelotti and his agent to do all the job. To clash with psg after 6 months of lobbying on ancelotti and his agent.

----

As you can see it, I hope you'll understand why french hate what rosell did. Because for once what rosell tried didn't work, so instead of staying in the shadow, he even tried to make moves publicaly. Which irritated people here even more.

French clubs are so used to be manipulated by rich spanish clubs that when Rosell made his comments, of course it was seen as a declaration of war around here.
