Here’s the latest on the future of Cesc Fabregas as we await an official response to Manchester United’s second bid. Sky Sports sources understand the Spaniard is considering his position at Barcelona after being given no assurances over a first-team place. Barcelona are understood to be willing to listen to an offer of £35million but would leave any final decision to Fabregas.

if you're willing to spend all that money on bale might as well go for the superior player and cheaper option in suarez

suarez is superior to bale and cheaper but is suarez a winger.bale is younger, taller, stronger and faster and score a lot of rocket and can also score header and will play as a right winger whereas suarez plays in messi's position unless suarez can play as a winger and desist from his bad attitude.

Bale would be too expensive...and generally hes in the category of players that demand to be the focus of the team,i think he is too selfish for here.

Just cant see where Bale should play at RM ? Left wing Ronaldo right wing Isco or Özil or Di Maria.

And i hope its note true. Bale and Ronaldo we just cant handle them both with our poor defense.

French medias are reporting that Gareth Bale has already an agreement with Madrid.

They also reported how Tottenham is angry, as well as the English fans, because Madrid, once again, negociated first with a player (since Tottenham refused to negociate with Madrid in June) without any agreement with Tottenham, which is prohibited.

Journalists are speculating on what are Tottenham's options now:

- To bend over to Madrid and now make a deal for the transfer fee.
- To counter attack Madrid if they really got an early deal with the player without their agreement to sell him. And go the Lewandowski's way.

I think it's on the way to become this summer drama

Sky Sports reporting that Cesc is considering his future after receiving no assurances from the club on playing time next season and Gareth Bale has asked to leave Spurs and agreed a 6 year deal with Real Madrid !!!

Cesc will be a permanent starter for United and double his salary at the same time ....

Double whammy for us if correct .

We need to get strengthening our squad . We appear to be losing top players whilst everyone else are buying top quality ones .

I thought financial fairplay should be a reason to spend less money and to lower the prices. But the opposite is happening.

Neymar,Götze,Falcao,Roedrguez,Moutinho,Thiago,Isco,Illaramendi even more player you didnt know that well are worth 30mil or more... and now Bale too. They can do what they like no one cares about the small clubs. I hate the Fifa so much.

What's funny is seeing big historic clubs like Madrid and others that criticize clubs like Chelski, PSG or Monaco, because the latter spend lots of money. They ask the FFP to bring the hammers on those clubs and all.

But Madrid and co. do the same. And they have debts, and sometimes BIG debts.

Do they think that the FFP will not cause them problem based on their History? "It's Madrid, FFP will not do anything! But they will ban PSG and Monaco!"

I Wonder how it will turn out, but I hope that if there's any hammer landing, it will be on any clubs with bad finance and stupid high salaries and transfer deals. And not just on the "clubs that have no history".

All is up to Tottenham now. As i see it it can go both way given what happened with Lewandowski and Munich.

If Tottenham says No :

- Either Bale will accept it à la Lewandowski.
- Or He will go for the clash and gets what he wants.

Tottenham could also go for the clash with Madrid since they negociated with the player without Tottenham agreement first.

Jeez, do you honestly believe the club are talking about playing time with specific players at this point? Wouldn't you think a new coach would have a say in the matter? A New coach that was appointed mere hours ago, and of course hasn't even talked to the squad - let alone specific players yet?
Calm down, for god's sake.
