Pogba and PSG are further along in talks than Cavani and Juve. Before they initiate talks with Paris they need to determine if they can afford Cavani's wages.

Like fuck we'd sell him for only €100m. This is from Chelsea, Hazard WILL cost a world record fee, not an equal world record fee, especially as that's how much Bale cost for Madrid. We'll just point to that and add at least €20m.
