I agree with you, if our players had the right attitude and were taught proper tactics, we would still be impeccable. But it's games like the one against Madrid that expose our weaknesses (mainly our defence).

Many of our current players have won pretty much everything you can win as a footballer. The hunger might just not be there anymore..Alba has pretty much been the only one, along with Iniesta, that has played really well this season, despite Messis goals.
Puyol is a beast and i love him, but his age is showing in his speed. Pique i dont know whats happened to, he owned Ronaldo a couple of seasons ago, now he gets beaten in every 1v1 duel.
Pedro becomes way to isolated and easily marked with fab in mid and iniesta on left, he cant do crap taking on 4-5 defenders on his own. He has also lost his "spark".

Messi's also been great this season IMO. In some games, he basically carried us. He's been very consistent, that's for sure.

We must get ter stegen! I don't think that we need a striker, Pedro, tello, villa, Alexis and messi is more then enough. They just. Have to be instructed to shoot more often and messi should be in the box more often to get the rebounds and crosses( even if he's short)sadly I think mascherano should be sold and maybe get a cb(hummels, David luiz, Sergio Ramos haha) I just wished bartra and Montoya got playing time this season. Alves is not that great this season and with alba bombing forward Montoya can do better defensively then alves. Best option is stil just buying ter stegen and no one else!
With Tito on the bench this is what I like to see for next season.

Busquets
Xavi/iniesta- fabregas/iniesta
Pedro/Alexis- Messi- tello/villa
Backup: song(doing a good job imo), adriano, thiago, pinto, abidal, cuenca, deleufeu(should be getting some minutes)
The difference with this season should be messi more in the box and less looking for messi and more shooting on target!
I believe in what barca has now!

Yup. There will probably be a few changes this summer.
IMO, we could still win this season's CL (if we go through to the next round and stay in the CL until Tito returns), but changes will probably be needed for next season.
IMO, Muniesa will be loaned (as he needs playing time) and Bartra will be used as a backup.
Btw, a few more questions: Will Deulofeu be promoted? Will Montoya replace Alves? What will happen with Abidal?
This summer will definitely be interesting.

I don't think Deulofeu will be promoted, though he's obviously way too good for the Segunda. I expect Rafinha and Sergi Roberto to be promoted, however.
As for players leaving, I think we'll sell Fontas, Bojan, Afellay (the obvious ones) plus Villa, Alexis, Dos Santos and maybe Mascherano (if we get a new CB).
What happens with Bartra and Muniesa nobody know, though I don't think Barca will sell them as they are very talented and Bartra has shown on numerous occasions that he's actually ready to play regularly, and I think a loan is also unlikely for both. Montoya will certainly play more often next season, but I think Alves is going to stay here for another season before he leaves.
It looks likely right now that we'll get a new GK, a CB and a winger. Even though we have many talents in these positions (Deulofeu, Tello, Cuenca, Bartra, Muniesa, Ondoa), the board will probably decide that we need some reinforcements now. As long as we don't get 20-year-olds who block our Masia graduates' way or players who cost 50m, I'm fine with that.

Barca doesn't need a new GK when Valdes is gonna stay for another season. Getting a CB and a forward is the priority this summer, not a GK.

Valdes wants to go this summer. GK may noy not be a priority but we still need one this summer.
