Yep, that's what I think also. In the mix with Atletico, Valencia and maybe Sevilla.

Yes, Monaco was complete garbage. I know this sounds like I'm butthurt, but they were not anywhere near quality, their offense consisted purely of kick and run, which is why they had maybe one or two chances today when our defense and midfield didn't have a collective brain aneurysm

And going forward we were extremely unlucky, Giroud had his only truly bad game in the first leg, we missed chances we normally would have scored, Monaco parked the bus hard, and we should have got a penalty

Oh well. Now we focus on the FA cup and finishing 3rd

Monaco didn't have to score. Their methodology was based upon that fact. They could have created more chances because your defense isn't that strong, but why? They did their scoring in game 1, and looked more impressive going forward in the first leg than either team in either tie. They deserved to go through, Arsenal did not.

Çalhanoğlu is nothing special outside his set-piece skills, tho' he's shown gr8 work rate so far

Griezmann having a good game for the first time since I've watched Atlético this season.

Common theme with you EPL teams. Only lose because of your own mistakes, or because for some inexplicable reason, you all collectively decide to shit the bed in the biggest games of the season. Sub yourself for a Chelsea fan of last week and it's the same song.

Say what you may about Atletico and Simeone this year, I still wouldn't want them in the QF if they qualify tonight.

Imo they just look weaker every time I watch them play - but I agree I still would prefer Monaco or Leverkursen if they go through.
