Well, despite loosing these players Steaua is still a strong team. I think the chances are 60/40 for Steaua.Don't worry that much, just use Cosmin Moti and Ludo will defeat Steaua, they're not a great team, as I said, they lost many players in the past transfer windows, they did well just to replace the goalkeeper, but else, they are extremely weakened ( lost both DM, lost strikers, lost best central defender ).
Their biggest advantage is European continuity because they are the only team from Romania that invested in the squad and bump wages to keep players, as their squad has numerous new players with no experience, they are kinda losing it and starting over. Now as their owner and manager are in jail, they can only buy out of what they sell.
Ludogorets have little european experience...

They also have a new coach who is totally inexperienced. He coached Almeria B and Romania U-17 team till now, something like a Pep Guardiola and same also as a player ( playing position ). He has 200+ games in Spain playing for Mallorca, Espanyol and Almeria but you can clearly see the downgrade face to the ex-coach.
You can count on Ludogorets last year experience in Europe as a big plus, it's one thing to play a longer season and another to not at all.
