From what I know a couple of Juve twitter accounts got offended by that, mainly because of the caption in the picture. It says "Qui è la fine" (Here is the end), a reference to Juve's hashtag #Finoallafine (#UntilTheEnd). According to them soft banter is in poor taste because it's arrogant or something. To further illustrate the point of how offensive this is, they say that the image evokes the famous railroad entrance to the Auschwitz concentration camp.
Then some lesser serious italian newspapers such as Tuttosport and Gazzetta took this, and even started a hashtag for this. #viaibinarinazisti (#RemoveTheNaziRails). And from what I heard there's supposedly a small jewish commune within Rome who took offense of this.

Italian media has been throwing around the Nazi-gimmick at quite a lot of opportunitys since Juve had drawn Bayern. At every possible opportunity they throw the term
"Über alles" into something. Even the official Juventus stadium newspaper did that during the 1st leg. They're italian though, they didn't have to apologize.
