No mafia clubs in the final please (that does obviously not include Florence, I actually like them, not least because of Gomez... :p).

Fiorentina need revenge for the Coppa final loss last season.

I hope Napolis GK is better then Carrizo. Was really bad in that 1st match.

Playing Carrizo just shows that Inter weren't taking the EL seriously, especially playing him again in the second leg after he fucked up the first time. It's a shame because while I can understand why there might be significantly less motivation in EL than CL, the coefficient for Serie A is continuing to suffer. Until UEFA changes the way the coefficient works it needs to be a priority competition. Especially when it's likely Inter won't make it to Europe at all next season, that would have been a way to guarantee a spot in.

Would be boring if it would be the same prize as in previous seasons. Winning it this season and onwards will mean a direct qualification to the CL group stages for the next season, and also 5 La Liga teams in CL (just like 5 Bundesliga teams if Wolfsburg wins it or 4 Serie A teams if Napoli or Viola wins it), therefore a lot of teams are very serious on this edition's EL.

Oh, didn't remember that  Definately rooting for Sevilla now. Wolfsburg 2nd favourite.

Very interesting ties shaping up in the EL, all 4 can go either way, so that is one area where the EL is more exciting than the CL.

De Bruyne is a great player, I hope Wolfsburg can transorm into a Dortmund 2012 type team in the next few years. With Volkswagen backing them up they are financially capable to do so.
Also I personally think they wil win the el this season.

Gonzalo puts Napoli 0-1 up. Crucial away goal for the South Italians!

Zenit giving Sevilla a real game down in Andalusia.

Handball yes, offside not so much. Though many would prolly call it offside in a real-time situation.

Volkswagen apparently cut the funding from some 80M to 30M. Read by it a few days ago.

If there was one player I'd have loved to have from Wolfsburg, it would have been Malanda. Oh how they'd miss him.

Wow, perfect timing for that pass to have it NOT be offside. Oo
