UEFA won't ever allow it. They already made a mistake with Albania and serbia in the same group. In youth competitions (U21, U19, U17) it might be fine... although still risky in U21 level.

If teams can't control their fans then they shouldn't be allowed into the competition in the first place. Serbia have been a disgrace for years. Against England in an U21 match their fans were monkey chanting throughout the second half and then their staff started a massive brawl at the end after they lost.

If drunken fans misbehaving in a city centre were enough to mar a football match then half of them would be played behind closed doors. If you can't see the difference then maybe that speaks to why Serbian support is in the state that it is.
You don't know how to read ? Read the article not only the title.. They have fought in 3 or 4 different situations, in the period of a couple of days before England failed miserably against Iceland..

At Balkans we are not anal about political correctness and I resent when someone wants to apply their anglosaxon ways or colonial guilt on us. Chants here get much much worse than simple racial insults.
We here, as opposed to English and Americans didn't have slaves. We were often subject to alien races invading our land, taking our people to slavery in Asia Minor or simply subject to what today would qualify as genocide.
I get it why anglosaxons get touchy about the subject (colonial guilt) but we here owe no apologies to black or any other race so we refuse to be judged by same anal meter they use on themselves.
Having said that, racism shouldn't be part of football but let's not paint entire nations as such based on few events and few groups.
