There are no weak teams in South America. It's not like all the other continents, even the weakest teams put on quite competitive performances often, especially on defense. The quality of play in the S.A. 2014 World Cup qualifiers, plus the new, young Brazil team, compares quite favorably to what we will be seeing in Euro 2012.

Lowland teams tend to struggle in La Paz, wouldn't surprise me at all if Bolivia at least gets a draw.
