What one player would you spend most of the transfer budget on to improve Barcelona?

we must buy 2 real forward, neymar and rooney or suarez!
2 real cb, hummels and if it's possible either T.silve and if it's not possible daniel agger, so we can play with hummels and pique and agger! it will be great!
also trying to buy isco and ruis! ter estegen or handanovic is necessary, too!
also must sell adriano, song, villa, pedro, alexis, bartra, affelay, bojan, cuenca, valdes and if inter or liverpool are ready to pay about 20 M.e (even 12 or 13 is enough) for montoya, also montoya!
also we must kick out tito and bring one real great coach like wenger or klopp or pellegrini!

Pep had a 'feeling' so decided to sell him. When he first came in, his feeling got rid of Deco and Ronaldinho and the club went on to win six cups. It didn't work out he second time round as Ibra ended up running less than Valdes in the semi and Barca got dumped out by Inter.
As for defenders Barca only need 1 CB to partner Pique. They then have Puyol and Mascherano as back ups, possibly Abidal/Bartra too. Getting two CBs who have to learn to play with each other and also learn to play for Barca is just asking for trouble.
To some extent defensive problems could be fixed with slight adjustments of the current team or even playing both Masch and Busi. Fit Puyol even?
There's also a huge problem of getting a worthy starter. There's hardly anyone available.
On the other hand, problems upfront can't be fixed without some new names as Villa, Alexis and Pedro are not capable of beating their markers and creating difference. We often say; yeah, Pedro and Alexis aren't effective but look at their workrate. Well, Ribery and Robben, both world class players, work their asses off and are constant threat up-front.
So, way I see it, striker or winger capable creating something on his own is priority no1.
