Xavi all the way! Even if Ballon D'or is for the 2009 Year for what he has done at Euro 08, and this last season he is by far the best man on the football fields now!
Messi is also worthy, but he has enough time to win it and plus, I think Xavi passes are something we can't really replace with the best passers that have won the Ballon D'Or in history all put togheter and multiplied by 3!
And of course, Hleb would be 3rd on the podium.
