Mascherano, Messi, Pique should be 3 captains. Iniesta and Busquets are great players but they have no charisma nor leadership qualities as the trio I mentioned.

Not completely true in my opinion.
Iniesta really is a leader in the dressing room. Even if Masche isn't "officially" one of the captains, he already has this role and it won't change.
Pique matured this season and deserves to have more responsabilities.

Iniesta, Messi, Masche and Pique, in this order.

He already is the captain. As are Messi and Busquets. A 4th one will be added.

Masche doesn't need the armband to be a leader. Giving Pique the added responsibility could improve him even more.
