What are the chances we wise up and sign Marcelo Biesla as our next manager a.k.a the Tactical wizard.

Hopefully we cut the Barca DNA crap and just get a tactically advanced manager. We would do wonders with a guy like Ancelloti

neymar needs a coach who says what he can do and what he can not do, luis henrique dont know how to do this with him, and he plays like he is in the streets or something, this is fooball not the circus, in 1 half he broke the rhythm of the team, always with the ball for more than 10 seconds, surreal

Certainly not Valvedre

Valverde is a more experienced coach than any we've had in the past decade. If Lucho could do well here, I don't see why Valverde couldn't.

Is he experienced with managing big egos?

He will not be managing Muniain, or Balenziaga

Will the players even respect him?

Lucho atleast was a club legend

If the players won't respect Valverde, they're unlikely to respect any of the other options on the table.

I'm sorry but good managers that suit Barca are a rare commodity. That's just how it is.
Oh it's the Barca DNA again.

I'm out

Maybe going back to the square one is exactly what we need.

Going back to the old tiki-taka 10 000 sideways passes and having possession as 1st objective and winning as 2nd is not what we need. It was figured out and outplayed by all good opponents all way back in his days before he left and more importantly we dont have the players to play that type of football.

That's not what I understand as Guardiola sees the game.

Plus, he is all for "movement, movement, movement, triangles, triangles, triangles". Exactly what we lost somewhere down the road.

No it's not. But the fact is that we need a manager who's philosophy is close enough to that of our players. And there's not many of those around.

Are these players Xavi, Iniesta, Busquets, Puyol etc.

For all the triangles he can draw he was no show at Man City

For an extreme example, you can't bring in somebody like a Tony Pulis and play hoofball with our players. That's what I mean.

We have to get a manager, who would be able to do the best job with the squad we have and a few reinforcements in the summer. He doesn't have to play Tiki-Taka or anything, but he should have new ideas and his own brand of attacking football. That's it.
