Why is the media on about Martino being Messi's choice? These batsards will be all over Leo if Tata's signed and, God forbid, he failed over here!!

Also, I don't understand the stupid :He has no experience in Europe: tag... I am not actually saying that we should sign Tata but what the hell is this tag anyway!? Like there is no football outside Europe! Like his heroics with Paraguay in the WC and Copa America is just a child's game!!

Probably because they were born in the same province (Santa Fe), but it's all bullshit, manager is the club's decision, not any player's.

Ferguson for a year and then myself, Ronald, and Lucho can compete for it after we finish the seasons at our respective clubs.

De Boer is actually a great name...

Really ? What is De Boer accomplished as a coach as to be called a great name ?

Oh, probably you mean Ajax getting knocked out by Steaua Bucharest in EL after winning the frist leg 2-0 ? :rofl1:

Because we can't get any of them. Duh.

Mate, those are just 3 names yet there are quite a few more options before even considering those anonymous freaks as coaches.

And why can't we get any of them ? If we try hard we might really get a manager for the club not just ex good footballers like theese mentioned all over the place !

I respect their careers as sportives but coaching is a whole different thing and not a job for every ex footballer. There are plenty of geniuses players that proved to be total fuckups as coaches ! If we where lucky with Guardiola it doesn't automatically mean every of them could do the job as good as he did it !

Anonymous freaks? So if they aren't the biggest names or most high profile managers they are suddenly "anonymous freaks". Ignorance doesn't mean you can belittle their quality. All of your names are completely unrealistic and show little thought behind it. Klopp is not going to leave Dortmund, it's insane to think that Wenger would leave Arsenal or that he's even a good option, and Heynckes is retired.

I am really excited to see who the new coach is, Luis Enrique would be a romantic choice and I would love him to be at the club and achieve great things. Chemistry is very important and Luis Enrique has that with Barca, he loves the club and we love him and the players know and respect him, and 2 of the captains Puyol and Xavi played with him aswell which will be important for him in the beginning.

When great players become coaches it usually does not work because they struggle to cope with the fact that their players are not on the same wavelength and I think that was a problem at Roma. At Barca with players like Iniesta and Messi et al his ideas will be easier to implement as they have the ability to take what he says and do it on the field of play.

Jupp Heynckes did ok at smaller clubs but really excelled at top clubs for this reason, Frank Rijkaard is the same. With Enrique's knowledge of the club and its style, passion for the game, focus on fitness and experience with the youth I think he is the best choice right now.

I would like Puyi taking up the coaching work... But with a strong mentor by his side
