Rubi ? Great tactician, but probably lacks charisma, authority and experience to be put in this role immediately after being signed as a co, so no.
Which leaves us with Bielsa which might turn into the best thing since sliced bread or into total disaster; it would be entertaining for sure though. He would give our players a good kick in the ass every now and then + he has no problem with benching players without hesitation and he's also into pressing and youth development, so yeah. Get him.
