We Germanic nations have to stick together. Now Denmark and Iceland are out, it's up to England, Sweden, and Switzerland to get the job done.

Eriksen looked like he was about to cry, walking up to take that penalty. Pathetic how everybody here in Denmark actually thought he'd perform at this tournament. I for one am not surprised at all. He hasn't even been top 8 of danish players throughout the tournament. No leadership, no dictating the play or finding space. His presence couldn't be felt or seen at all. Might as well have been some random midfielder from the danish league playing.

That is why you wanted Iceland to beat Argentina previously? If you are serious, that is pretty tribal way of supporting teams in a WC, man. Of course, nothing wrong with it.

Great chance for Brazil to win this time . Probably they are the team to break Uruguay defense in Semi's and might face defensively vulnerable Croatia or inexperienced England in Final . Never expected Croatia to play like this . Hopefully they will do better as tournament progress . That Argentina defense of 2014 would have won Messi a world cup if they were at the same level this time

Never expected Croatia to play like this

Croatia always have skills.
But we have problems with mental strength and being consistent.

This is the 1st (lol) win for Croatia in the knockout phase of any World cup or Euros since 1998'.
20 years with zero knockout rounds wins...

I also noticed them getting burned out after 90 minutes . Isn't that a concern ? . One of the reason's why Portugal punished them in Euro's with that final counter attack .Renato sanchez was running like a fucking engine for 116 minutes .

Haha fucking 'super sub' he did nothing and made 24 passes in 50 odd minutes on the park. When should have been fresher than the rest.
