I see gasgas is back with some hall of fame worthy cringe posts.

on topic, excellent game after the soul crushing affairs the earlier 2 games were.

Great game. But three bad and avoidable defensive errors by Spain gave Portugal all three of their goals. On the other hand, Portugal should have had two more goals on wide open counterattacks that were screwed up by Guedes.

He does go down easy. That 2nd goal should have been saved by De Gea.

the Spanish players should know Ronaldo by now not to make that mistake though, sure he goes down easy but he always will. tbh its a good weapon for him as you know 99.9% he will score the penalty.

De Gea is amazing for United but with Spain he doesn't look comfortable

Is it elsewhere like in Germany where the Iranian immigrant population has a better average education than the normal population?

or let's put it this way... had to take-down a few of my Cézannes and Goyas off my 52nd St. Triplex to make room for her diplomas :brevet:

any1 else hungover form last night? my morning swim through a bloom of jellyfish helped some but I'm still a lil'bit woozy. Think I had a nightmare where CR stole the show shooting down wild Geases while eating nachos.

Glad it was just a dream :smile160:

This world cup is already more exciting than 2010, where Spain could just 1-0 their way throughout the entire tournament, thats not going to happen anymore.

Oh, and btw, told you that VAR wasnt going to solve much, mistakes were still made in this game, and VAR didnt do shit.

He played for the penalty and went down so easy after minimal contact something he's done a thousand times over the years , sadly thing is it was his Madrid teammate he's mugged off ...... he did the same thing to Rooney all these years ago ..

VAR only shows you images about what happened. It's still the ref who makes the decision.
