Not sure Joao will start. When was the last Santos started him and CR together?

I expect this lineup vs Turkey with possibly Bruno in for Matheus Nunes in a 4231 as an alternative. Against Italy, Cancelo would come back in for Cedric and maybe Pepe if he recovers by then.

It would make more sense to have Djalo play instead of Ignacio as both Djalo and Fonte both plays for Lille and should have a better understanding with each other.

Is William Carvalho suspended? If not, I would play him instead of Nunes.

Could be that way. I figured Ignacio would be ahead since he made the original squad. Also, I thought Botman usually played with Fonte at CB with Djalo as a fullback at least based on the lineups I see of Lille.

Regarding the midfield, I'm not quite sure what to expect since I've almost never seen the likes of Nunes or Vitinha but seems like they are highly rated in Portugal. With Renato and Neves out, hard to predict what midfield three Santos will use or even if he will change the system due to the absences and the poor result vs Serbia.
